Ha now if this is'nt irony I don't know what is!! People grow fat sitting behind their desks all day, munching chips and white bread sandwiches and swishing down sugary drinks. 'Cause they have to work hard you see! to make more money and keep up with the Jones's! And all the while they are losing out because they are actually making less money because they are fat. Who would have thought! If this is'nt a case for exercise and eating heathy then I don't know what is. So instead of sucking up to the boss to make a good impression suck it in and lift a few weights, and you might just get that raise! Is that what you're saying Craig!

Well said Craig. It has been awhile since i had come to check your blog and found myself compelled today. Glad I did. Maybe it's wrong, but I sure am glad that most people don't put the effort forward to be physically fit. It gives me the advantage because I do. I notice I am forgiven a good deal that others wouldn't be because people percieve me to be above average in all aspects because of my outside package. I'll take it. Life isn't fair, or is it? Anyone willing to put in the effort and disipline could surpass their wildest dreams. What makes some strive and others accept?

You always compel great and deep thought. Thanks for that.

Seriously I am very surprised by the quality of the things you write. You go really deep in the subjects and provide some interesting thoughts!

I found this from a link provided in the article Combat Psychology and Sports Performance on t-nation and seriously I'll be coming back for sure. Keep up the good work

Great points, Craig. The issue of obesity in America is disturbing, with more than just physical problems involved. Americans obsessions with food, status, material gains and instant gratification are literally killing us. Our outward appearances definately reveal our inner struggles and successes. The rest of the world recognizes this. Thank you for reaching out to those of us who aren't afraid to strip it down to the bare essentials of a healthy lifestyle and succeed in all areas of our lives. It is not easy to "be real" in this society, but common sense communities like this one are what it is going to take to change an American epidemic. Keep up the good work.

I agree with everything you say. America has got to lose some fat.
