Basic Training will be BOOT CAMP style. It will be a little of everything. Russian kettlebells to Military Spec-Ops drills to movements found in Mixed Martial Arts training will be employed to deliver the most effective and fun workout possible in a one hour session. Each workout varies. We don't adhere to one specific style of training. We use whatever works best to attain your goals. This means constantly developing newer, more effective workout programs and staying on the cutting edge of the fitness industry. It is different than anything you have experienced before. In order to allow people to find out for themselves what the program is all about, we offer an entire week of training for FREE before you sign any kind of contract. There's no obligation, just come check it out and see if Basic Training is right for you.
