Our training philosophy
At Barefoot Fitness we help you build a foundation of strong, healthy movement and fitness that improves your quality of life and enables you to do amazing things outside of the gym. Instead of focusing on a wide variety of complicated equipment and random exercises, we teach strength as a skill and focus on how well your body is moving.
Classes are led by skilled instructors who watch what you are doing so that you are free to push the limits of your body without worrying about injuries.
