What Is Barefoot Fitness?

We are a strength and conditioning company that represents what going barefoot represents. Stripped down. Minimal but effective. Our methods are based on the principles we created while working in special operations in the U.S. military. Now, we help everyone from professional fighters to triathletes to weekend warriors. We give people the tools they need to gain strength, muscle, mobility and restore pain-free joint function. We help them lose fat and look better at the beach.

Want to know what it's all about? There's only one way to really understand the workouts, and that's to experience them. That's why we offer a full week of training for free, with no obligations.

Watertown Location - 403 10th Street NW

Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 5:30 a.m, 6:35 a.m, 7:45 a.m (Boomers), 9:00 a.m, 4:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday and Thursday - 5:30 a.m.

Spearfish Location - 510 W. Jackson Blvd

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30, 6:35, 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
